Intel(r) Management Engine Interface Has A Driver Problem

Here is the list of intel r management engine interface Driver Files:

I then checked device manager and I find that System Devices is expanded when I get there and the Intel (R) Trusted Execution Engine Interface is slammed. Looking at the properties it has the following status: 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUSDEVICEPOWERFAILURE'. I have tried updating all drivers and BIOS firmware but nothing will.
On my NUC DN2820FYKH running Windows 8.1 / latest drivers / BIOS v48 I have the following symptoms: In the Device Manager the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface device is marked with a yellow exclamation mark (!), and the status is 'This device cannot start (Code 10)'.
A: Intel has provided system and motherboard manufacturers with the necessary firmware and software updates to resolve the vulnerabilities identified in Security Advisory Intel-SA-00086. Contact your system or motherboard manufacturer regarding their plans for making the updates available to end users. Some manufacturers have provided Intel.

Just Download & install this files to resolve your driver problems, or go back to download & install other Nec drivers.
